Pork Chops in Ginger Beer
Pork chops cooked on the stove top (seared quickly each side in olive oil and garlic; then Montreal steak seasoning and a touch of soy sauce) and covered with ginger beer, then cooked about 10-15 more minutes? Officially awesome. (And quite tender.) I actually drained off most (not all) of the ginger beer to let it fry in it the last few minutes, I think caramelizing it just a little, leaving a hint of ginger sweet and bite.
