More Sick Cats

Now Wheaten also has a UTI, and his anal glands aren’t emptying as they should.  So that’s three for three.  The only thing I can figure is that I’ve starting getting the grocery-store version of their food a little more often than I used to.  So for at least a little while here they’re on some urinary health kitty food and distilled water (we happened to have some distilled water around, and figure it can’t hurt while all the kitties are healing).  After that we’ll either keep on the urinary tract food or just switch to a higher grade of food generally.

Over 7 years with no illnesses and in the space of two months all three cats get various infections?  There’s got to be something causing this, and the food is the only thing I can pinpoint since none of these problems are supposed to be contagious.  Here’s hoping that helps.
