First Saint Patrick’s Day

Did we catch a leprechaun?
We had some fun on St Patrick’s Day, thanks to the warmer weather. We went downtown to Maxwell’s for our customary St Pat’s Day meal; they always have deliciously moist and yummy corned beef and this year was no exception. I’m also a big fan of colcannon, which is tasty there as well. Cabbage and soda bread rounded out the meal (mmm, soda bread). And dessert was some of the loveliest bread puddings with whiskey sauce I think I’ve ever had.
Lana was wonderful, flirting with those who spoke to her, and mostly snoozing in Sean’s arms throughout the meal. She seems to enjoy going places, looking around. I think she liked the walks outdoors to and from places the best of all though, she enjoys the wind.

What did you put on my head, Mommy?
(No, we didn’t try to wear the hat out of the house.)
We were going to stop by the bar briefly but it was a bit early to see much of anyone. Bobby Lane and Ruby were performing at Black Bear, wandering through the crowd as they played, so we stopped to watch a moment through the window, and upon seeing Lana outside, Bobby and Ruby actually stepped out onto the street to serenade her for a moment. Lana liked it, her eyes got big as Bobby came up with the guitar and harmonica going and said hello. I suspect she’s going to really enjoy music.
I hope you had a lovely St. Patrick’s Day!

omg too cute!
Hehehe, again, she’s so cute. We were going to call and wish you all Happy Paddy’s Day and especially for Lana’s first, but it was FAR, FAR too late when it seemed like a good idea. You know how that goes. Happy Belated day anyhow. Love you guys!
It was great to see you guys again. You know, you’re gonna get Jerry expecting baby time every friday!
ps. Bacchus wants his hat back.
I may faint from the adorableness of the second picture.
Thanks, Sal!
Yay, Keira, at least it sounds like you were having an awesome St. Pats, hehe.
Ivy, tell Bacchus he and Wheaten might have to have a throw down over it, hehe. We like baby time at the winery too
Michelle, I know! I’m glad I managed to catch that one.
OMG. The hat is too adorable. Lol.
Awww! She’s so darn adorable!! You and Sean did good
